This is the recorded version of the 2nd Annual Fair Housing for Property Management Summit which was done live online on April 27, 2021.

Everyone knows all property management staff (including both on-site managers and members of the maintenance staff) should have fair housing training.  Because fair housing, including accessibility, is such a HOT TOPIC, E&A takes a unique approach.  We partner with a highly experienced fair housing attorney, Sara McCue, who has worked with clients and organizations throughout the country on the fair housing issues that matter to them.  

In this full day of training, Sara will provide more than just standard training on all fair housing and accessibility topics specifically designed for property management persons.

  • Handling information related to a tenant’s disability
