This is the recorded version of the 2nd Annual Fair Housing for Property Management Summit which was done live online on April 27, 2021.
Everyone knows all property management staff (including both on-site managers and members of the maintenance staff) should have fair housing training. Because fair housing, including accessibility, is such a HOT TOPIC, E&A takes a unique approach.
