Description

For a household to be eligible for occupancy, the household not only has to qualify being at or below the applicable income limits, but the household also has to meet the program eligibility, including being student eligible.

Each affordable housing program has student rules. Sure, HOME follows the student rules for HUD’s Section 8 program, but what about the tax credit program and Rural Development? Which rules do they follow if any at all?

When it comes to students, it’s time to go back to school by learning the rules and maintaining compliance. Join E&A Team’s Gary Kirkman, Director of Compliance Training, for this 2-hour recorded version of a live online webinar session where he will review the student rules in detail while challenging attendees to understand the rules and pass the test!

So, it’s time to “Enhance & Accelerate” your knowledge of student eligibility.

Topics will include:

  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Student Eligibility
  • HUD Section 8 Student Eligibility
  • HUD Non-Section 8 Student Eligibility
  • Rural Development (RD) Student Eligibility
  • HOME Program Student Eligibility

The course includes a full color PDF Training Manual.

Once the entire video has been viewed, you can print your own certificate of training stating you've had two hours of Student Eligibility for Multiple Programs training.
