Before a tenant becomes a tenant, the tenant is first and foremost an applicant.  

In qualifying an applicant, it is vital we ask important questions to ensure applicants are eligible for program requirements such as: who can and will be a tenant, who makes up a household and how do we verify the information the applicant provides us as we work towards trying to qualify the household to become a tenant.  

In this 2-hour webinar session, E&A Team’s Director of Compliance Training, Gary Kirkman will review information pertaining to the application process.

Certificates of Completion

Refunds

NO REFUNDS will be issued for courses that are complete!

Refunds are issued back to the credit card used for payment and may take 5-7 business days to process.
