Description
Before a tenant becomes a tenant, the tenant is first and foremost an applicant.
In qualifying an applicant, it is vital we ask important questions to ensure applicants are eligible for program requirements such as: who can and will be a tenant, who makes up a household and how do we verify the information the applicant provides us as we work towards trying to qualify the household to become a tenant.
