Fair Housing 101 - Basic Fair Housing Training for Everyone!

PURPOSE:  To empower those in the housing industry with the knowledge and skills to deal with difficult fair housing issues and to satisfy the annual fair housing training requirements of government agencies.

DESCRIPTION:  Fair Housing 101 is designed for those new to the housing industry as well as experienced housing professionals wishing to refresh their understanding of housing laws.

TIME TO COMPLETE:   The actual video time for this course is 144 minutes, so including the interactive quizzes and final exam, the course takes about three hours to complete.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE ALL AT ONE TIME.  You have unlimited access for six months from the time of enrollment to complete the course.  You can stop, start, rewind, and fast forward.  You can leave the course and return at a later date and resume where you left off.

Course Modules include:

1. Introduction to Federal Fair Housing Laws
2. Protected Classes & Unlawful Discrimination
3. Fair Housing Accessibility
4. Reasonable Accommodation/Modification
5. Applicant Screening
6. Housing Harassment

EXAM:  A score of 80% or higher is required on the Exam, which is 50 True/False and Multiple Choice Questions, in order to receive your Certificate of Completion. You may take the exam as many times as is necessary to complete the exam.

CERTIFICATE:  Upon successful completion of the course exam, you will be given the opportunity to instantly print your Certificate of Completion.  

You will have six months from the date of purchase to complete the course.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS will be issued for courses that are complete!
