Course Access & Licensing
Course access is licensed on a per-user basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Each purchase provides access for one individual user and may not be shared.
Individual licenses are for personal use only. Courses may not be displayed, presented, or shared with multiple individuals (for example, in group training sessions, meetings, or screenings) without a separate team or site license.
Use of this course to train multiple employees, crews, or locations—whether or not certificates are issued—requires appropriate licensing through E&A Team, Inc.
Login credentials may not be shared or used by multiple individuals.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates are issued only to individuals who complete the course in accordance with the licensed access method. For group training arrangements, certificates will be issued only upon receipt of a completed verification roster, if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested by sending email to helpdesk@EandATeam.com
Refunds must be requested prior to taking the course exam.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for courses that are complete!
Refunds are issued back to the credit card used for payment and may take 5-7 business days to process.
Trainee/Purchaser Responsibility
