The basics of Fair Housing, presented by Sara McCue, attorney-at-law, during a two hour webinar.

This Fair Housing 101 course will equip your property managers with the information they need to know to understand how fair housing laws impact residential property.  

We will cover the fair housing laws applicable to residential leasing and how these laws impact everything from applicant screening to evictions.  

We will discuss protected classes, including race, national origin, sex, religion, disability, familial status, gender identity, marital status, and others.

We will also address the accessibility and reasonable accommodation obligations, as well as the prohibition on housing harassment.  

This session is perfect for newly hired property managers or those who are new to the business.

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the trainee will have a better understanding of the Basics of Fair Housing.

Certificates of Completion

Refunds

Refunds must be requested prior to taking the course exam.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for courses that are complete!

Refunds are issued back to the credit card used for payment and may take 5-7 business days to process.
