Description
Conquering Housing Compliance - Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP) Webinar ON DEMAND VERSION
Many federally or state-funded properties are obligated to create and implement an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP). The goal of an AFHMP is to specify the property’s marketing strategy for attracting renters regardless of sex, handicap, familial status, race, color, religion, or national origin.
This course is designed for site staff and compliance personnel of HUD, RD, and HOME projects as well as some LIHTC projects whose Housing Finance Agency requires an AFHMP. After viewing the webinar, you will have a deeper understanding of the AFHMP and its role in making sure that the property’s marketing strategy is in compliance with fair housing regulations.
