Who’s Knocking at the Door? – RD Webinar Who’s there? It’s the applicant who wants to be your next tenant. But wait, are they next on the waiting list? Are they eligible? How does one make this determination and know what boxes to check off and explore depends on the housing program. It can be somewhat confusing not only to the ones making the decision, but also to the applicant at our Rural Development communities.
In this 90-minute session, Tari Bradley, E&A Team Housing Compliance Trainer, will review and expand on all of the detailed steps necessary to qualify the right applicant in determining tenant selection and eligibility.
