It’s a governmental system. Checks and balances and our Rural Development communities is not an exception. Owners are notified, managers get the files ready and maintenance inspects the grounds all for the big day…the day of inspection. The inspector shows up…now what?
In this 60-minute session, Gary Kirkman, E&A Team’s Director of Compliance Training, will speak about the Rural Development supervisory visits and maintenance standards.

Objectives
Attendees will have:
- A better understanding of the Rural Development inspections and what will be reviewed for compliance.
- A comprehensive course manual to aid staff in understanding the inspection process, when the visits will occur and what to expect.
