Description
Each year recertifications are completed. Sometimes the household income changes, and such changes could put the household over the 140% applicable federal income limit. So now what? Does management send the household a termination notice to move the household out or is the household permitted to stay in affordable housing? Are there special rules to be followed if the household goes over 140%?
In this 90-minute webinar, E&A Team’s Tari Bradley, Housing Compliance Trainer, will review information pertaining to recertifications and how to proceed forward should the household exceed 140%.

- Transferring Units
