In this 2 and a half hour presentation, E&A Team's Compliance Trainers, Gary Kirkman and Tari Bradley will help you Conquer Compliance by learning how to determine annual income. During the training session Gary will review and examine how to handle processing income types for multiple programs including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, HUD, Rural Development (RD) and HOME program. The presentation provides a comprehensive review of the wonderful world of income along with challenges throughout the session to provide extra guidance.

  • Sporadic, Seasonal or Zero Income 
  • Income Inclusions & Exclusions based on the 24 CFR §5.609 
  • Review of Earned Income Sources
